Abraham rejoiced to see My day… (There is Only One God)

“You do not know Him, but I know Him. If I said I did not know Him, I would be a liar like you.
But I do know Him and keep His word.
Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day; he saw it and was glad.”

The Jews then said to Him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?”
Jesus said to them,
“Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am.”  (John 8:55–58)

“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches.
I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the bright Morning Star.”  (Revelation 22:16)

The God whom Abraham believed is the LORD (Yehowah).
The God John believed is also the LORD.

Abraham rejoiced because he foresaw that the Yehowah God would come in human flesh, die,
and rise from the dead.
John saw that very God with his own eyes and believed.
We see and believe these past events with the eyes of our hearts.

We must believe in the God who says,
“I am He in the Old Testament,
I am He in the New Testament,
and I am still He today.”

Abraham did not know the doctrine of the Trinity.
If so, those who believe in the Trinity are believing in a God different from Abraham’s,
because the doctrine of the Trinity was formulated by human voting in the 4th century.

The Scriptures are the words of the Almighty and therefore possess absolute authority.
If Scripture says there is no Savior besides the Yehowah,
we must believe it as it is in order to live forever.
But why, then, do people follow a doctrine invented by human vote?

“I, even I, am the Yehowah,
and apart from Me there is no savior.” (Isaiah 43:11)

  1. David’s roots are in the Yehowah God, and his descendants are Jesus Christ. The revelation about himself that Jesus said, “I am,” is that he is the root of David. Jesus himself spoke.
I am the root and descendant of David…
Following the lineage of David, who follows the heart of God, the Almighty has come to this earth to be with us. Hallelujah!!
