What, then, will you do in the end?

“You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life;
and it is these that testify about Me.
Yet you refuse to come to Me so that you may have life!”   John 5:39–40

“If you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote about Me.
But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?”  John 5:46–47

“Why then has this people of Jerusalem turned away in continual backsliding?
They hold fast to deceit; they refuse to return.
I have listened and heard, but they do not speak what is right.
No one repents of his wickedness, saying, ‘What have I done?’
Everyone turns to his own course like a horse charging into battle.”   Jeremiah 8:5–6

“A horrible and shocking thing has happened in the land:
The prophets prophesy lies, the priests rule by their own authority,
and My people love it this way. But what will you do in the end?” Jeremiah 5:31

“Because I tell you the truth, you do not believe Me.” John 8:45

“He who belongs to God hears the words of God.
The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God.” John 8:47

“Son of man, I have appointed you as a watchman for the house of Israel;
so hear the word from My mouth and give them warning from Me.” Ezekiel 3:17

“When I speak to you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them,
‘Thus says the Sovereign LORD.’ Whoever will listen, let them listen;
and whoever refuses, let them refuse, for they are a rebellious people.”  Ezekiel 3:27

The Yehowah God became a man and rose from the dead.
The Creator became human in order to give the life of resurrection.
But how do people respond when this is proclaimed?
It doesn’t take long to see their reaction.

Indifference, apathy, rejection, contempt, mockery, excuses, and self-justification…
Such responses come in many forms.
It is rare to find someone who is amazed, joyful, or stirred with excitement.

Today the Father asks:
What, then, will you do in the end?
