“You shall serve the Yehowah your God and David your king, whom I will raise up for you.” Jeremiah 30:9
The Yehowah says, “Now I will arise; now I will be exalted; now I will be lifted up.” Isaiah 33:10
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem!
Behold, your King is coming to you; He is righteous and endowed with salvation,
Humble, and mounted on a donkey, Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey. Zechariah 9:9
Then the Yehowah said to me, “Throw it to the potter—the magnificent price at which I was valued by them.”
So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them to the potter in the house of the Yehowah. Zechariah 11:13
“Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will prepare the way before Me.
And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple;
and the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight, behold,
He is coming,” says the LORD Almighty. Malachi 3:1
John answered, “I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness,
‘Make straight the way of the Yehowah,’ as Isaiah the prophet said.” John 1:23
And beginning with Moses and with all the prophets,
He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures. Luke 24:27
From Moses onward and through all the prophets,
it was foretold in the Scriptures that the Yehowah would come as a man, be sold, be crucified, and rise again.
He humbled Himself, and He exalted Himself.
When Paul realized that Jesus Christ whom he had been persecuting
was in fact the LORD God whom he had so zealously served, he cried out:
“Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness: He who was revealed in the flesh,
was vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations,
believed on in the world, taken up in glory.” 1 Timothy 3:16
If one does not know Jesus Christ as the Yehowah who became man,
one cannot acknowledge that the Old Testament Scriptures are written about Jesus.
Nor can one proclaim, as the apostles did from the Old Testament, that Jesus is the Christ.
Jesus Christ is the King of life the LORD who became man and rose from the dead. Hallelujah!
Great is the mystery of godliness!
Everyone who comes to understand that Jesus Christ is Yehowah who became human, that He died and rose again and destroyed death, cries out like this:
“The King of life is born! Hallelujah!”
