“So acknowledge today and take it to heart that the Yehowah is God in heaven above
and on the earth beneath; there is no other.” Deuteronomy 4:39
“Has any god ever attempted to go and take a nation for himself from the midst of another nation,
by trials, by signs, by wonders, by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm,
and by great terrors, as the Yehowah your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?
To you it was shown, that you might know that the Yehowah is God; there is no other besides Him.”
Deuteronomy 4:34–35
“Great is the mystery of godliness, and beyond all question:
God was manifested in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit,
seen by the apostles, preached among the nations, believed on in the world,
taken up in glory!” 1 Timothy 3:16
Whenever you open the Bible, God cries out loudly and clearly:
Engrave on your heart that there is no other God.
What Catholic priests and Protestant pastors strive with all their might to teach
is the exact opposite of what God declares.
Religious unity is possible because the god they speak of is the same.
Other differences are not regarded as major issues.
As Paul wrote to Timothy, he said that God was manifested in the flesh.
If Paul were to send us the same letter today, would we fully believe his words?
Paul’s God is Jesus Christ—Yahweh who became man.
Even today, some raise objections:
(Then that means a doctrine not even found in the Bible was created by people.)
(No matter what logic you bring, it’s all just wordplay…)
To these people, I have told them that God is one,
and I earnestly hope that they will come to understand.
There is only one God in heaven above and on the earth beneath.
That God was manifested in the flesh and swallowed up
our sin and death through His resurrection. Hallelujah!!
