Watchman

“When I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them,
‘Thus says the Lord GOD.’ He who hears, let him hear; and he who refuses to hear,
let him refuse, for they are a rebellious people.”   Ezekiel 3:27

“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel.
Therefore, hear the word from My mouth and warn them for Me.”
Ezekiel 3:17

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you;
and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria,
and to the ends of the earth.”   Acts 1:8

“Oh, come, let us bow down and worship; let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.”
Psalm 95:6

The psalmist knelt before the Yehowah, and Paul knelt before Jesus.
The psalmist believed that the Yeh0wah was the Creator,
and Paul believed that Jesus was the Creator.

For the Yehowah God, who is Spirit, came for a time in the flesh.
The God of Ezekiel is the God of Paul, and the God of Ezekiel is our God.

Just as He appointed Ezekiel and Paul as watchmen,
He has also appointed those who believe the gospel in their hearts
to be watchmen for the kingdom of heaven today.

God is the Spirit who fills all heaven and earth. That same God came for a time in the flesh and,
by rising from the dead, showed that He Himself is the source of life.
Hallelujah!
