Those who belong to God hear the words of God…

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge,
but whoever hates correction is stupid.  Proverbs 12:1

The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice.  Proverbs 12:15

Whoever scorns instruction will pay for it,
but whoever respects a command is rewarded.  Proverbs 13:

The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life,
turning a person from the snares of death.  Proverbs 13:14

“Whoever believes in Me, as Scripture has said,
rivers of living water will flow from within them.”  John 7:38

Those who belong to God hear what God says.
The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God.   John 8:42

“I am the First and the Last. You are My witnesses.
I, the LORD, made the heavens and the earth. I will come as a child.
Whoever has seen Me has seen the Father.
When I created all things, I was alone no one was with Me.
Before Me and after Me there is no other god. I am both the Root and the Offspring.
I am the Savior and Creator who came as the Son.
Any gospel other than the one I proclaimed is a cursed gospel.
Those who belong to God respond with ‘Amen’ to all these words.”

But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel
other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!  Galatians 1:8

This gospel was promised beforehand in the Holy Scriptures
through His prophets regarding His Son, who as to His earthly life was a descendant of David,
and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power
by His resurrection from the dead Jesus Christ our Lord.  Romans 1:2–4

There is only one God, and His name is the LORD.
This very God came as the one Son, the Almighty.
The Father who came seeking His children destroyed death
and triumphed for the sake of His sons and daughters. (Hebrews 2:14–15) Hallelujah!
