“Bearing Witness to the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus”

And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus,
and great grace was upon them all… (Acts 4:33)

As they were speaking to the people, the priests, the captain of the temple,
and the Sadducees came upon them,

being greatly disturbed that they taught the people
and proclaimed in Jesus the resurrection from the dead… (Acts 4:1–2)

“Therefore, of these men who have accompanied us all the time
that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us…

one of these must become a witness with us of His resurrection.” (Acts 1:22)

Those who tried to prevent the apostles from proclaiming the “resurrection” were the priests,
the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees.
However, the apostles proclaimed the resurrection of Jesus and were martyred for it.
This is because the “resurrection” was Jesus Christ Himself, the gospel, and eternal life.

Therefore, the way to be saved is to believe in the “resurrection” in your heart.
The “resurrection” is the life given to us by the Most High God, Yehowah,
the Owner of heaven and earth, who became man and made a way of salvation for us.

That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart
that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness,
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

If you truly believe this word in your heart, He will make you a witness of the resurrection. Hallelujah!

  1. We give thanks and glory to Yehowah God, who has enabled us to realize and believe that Jesus is the Christ, and that the Christ is God who became man.
