“Therefore, as by the offense of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation,
even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners,
so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
For as sin hath reigned unto death,
even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 5:18–19, 21
When Adam ate the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, all mankind became slaves to sin.
God knew this beforehand, and before the foundation of the world,
He Himself came to this earth in human flesh.
God paid the full price for the sins of His children once and for all on the cross. Then,
by rising from the dead, He destroyed the power of death.
Everyone who believes in the righteousness that God accomplished is transferred from sinner to righteous,
from darkness to light, from death to life, and from earth to heaven. Hallelujah!
“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death:
that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father,
even so we also should walk in newness of life.
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death,
we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection.” Romans 6:4–5
