The following is a conversation between the person who uploaded
a video about the Trinity and those who watched it.
The one who calls people ignorant for believing according
to the Bible claims to be someone who wrote a PhD dissertation on the Trinity.
However, the god he believes in is not the God of the Bible.
Even if everything else changes, the truth that
the one LORD God became flesh and was resurrected is an unchangeable truth.
Hallelujah!!
“I, even I, am the LORD, and besides Me there is no savior.” Isaiah 43:11
Do not quote theology books. Look at the Bible and speak from Scripture.
The Trinity, which does not even exist in the Bible what religion’s doctrine is that?
It came from Catholicism, yet you call Catholicism a heresy, don’t you?
Then I guess even heretical churches will eventually become traditional doctrines.
Where in the Bible is the Trinity?
There is one and only God, yet pastors and theologians confuse believers with absurd words.
If you don’t believe in the Trinity which is not even in the Bible
you are labeled a heretic, so everyone struggles hard to defend the Trinity.
Is the Bible primary, or is theology primary?
Do not quote theology books quote Scripture.
This is so frustrating.
Truly… this statement is so ignorant that I don’t even know where to begin explaining.
Just because something is not written literally in the Bible,
can you say God never mentioned it and therefore it does not exist?
That logic is no different from the Jews who denied the Messiah because
the Old Testament does not literally say that the Messiah would come as a man like Jesus and be crucified.
There is no verse in the Bible saying “Do not use a microphone,” so I guess using one is fine too, right?
That is precisely why theology exists to guide us in how to interpret and apply Scripture in a way
that remains faithful to God’s unchanging essence and principles, even as times change.
The New Testament written by Paul is, in fact, theology.
It explains how to rightly interpret the Old Testament in light of the coming of Jesus Christ,
and what we must believe correctly.
Of course, theology must never have authority over Scripture and must be approached with caution.
That is exactly why we need sound theology—to focus on understanding God’s intent without distortion.
You say there is no Trinity in the Bible?
Then setting the Trinity aside for a moment… do you believe in Jesus?
If you believe in Him, is Jesus a man? Or is He God?
In order to answer these questions, believers studied the Old and New Testaments,
prayed, and wrestled with Scripture for over 300 years,
seeking to define the proper relationship between the Father and the Son.
As a result, the concept was organized and summarized as what we now call the Trinity.
The answer to the previous comment is found in the Bible.
God’s name is Yehowah, and Yehowah God declares that He is one—there is no other god besides Him.
He even says that there is no god together with Him.
I want to ask this:
Why must we understand God’s own revelation through human theological books?
God has already told us everything in the Scriptures—that He Himself would come to this earth, that He has come, and that He will come again.
Hallelujah!!
