“As soon as we heard it, our hearts melted,
and because of you no courage remained in anyone.
For the Yehowah your God,
He is God alone in heaven above and on earth beneath.” Joshua 2:11
Even if people acknowledge that Jesus is the Creator and that God came in flesh and blood,
if they still believe that God existed in the beginning as the Father, the Son,
and the Holy Spirit, then the Old Testament becomes meaningless to them.
Why? Because the Bible declares that the Yehowah God alone created all things.
Human beings are experts at being quickly deceived when Satan slightly twists the Word of God.
Once they are deceived by the father of lies, they do not want to admit that they have been deceived.
Therefore, no matter how much the Word is preached to them, they refuse to see, hear, and believe.
This is humanity’s greatest evil. That is why people go to hell
not because they have harassed, murdered, or stolen from someone,
but because they deliberately deny the very Word of God.
“So the Yehowah alone did lead him,
and there was no strange god with him.” Deuteronomy 32:12
People claim that there was another God who was with Him.
That is the doctrine of the Trinity.
I proclaim almost every day who the true God is.
If we do not know the true God, then even if we appear to do many good things,
we are still on the road to hell.
The words of Jesus, who is the true God, are exceedingly clear:
“For if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.” John 8:24
People do not want to know what these words mean.
Because if they acknowledge that Jesus is the Yehowah,
they may have to abandon the righteousness they have built up for themselves.
Such thinking is exceedingly evil.
Jesus Christ is the true God the Yehowah who came as a child,
offered Himself as a sacrifice for us, and gave us eternal life through His resurrection.
