This mystery had been hidden for ages and generations,
but is now revealed to His saints.
To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles
the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
(Colossians 1:26–27)
This mystery that Paul speaks of cannot be explained by the Trinity.
Because this mystery that the Creator became a created being is beyond the realm of human logic and understanding.
So many people say things like this:
How can the Father be the Son? The Father is the Father, and the Son is the Son how can that make sense?
In heaven, they say, the Son will praise the Father;
the One seated at the right hand is the Son;
there is also a throne for the Holy Spirit;
God is not one but exists eternally as three persons…
Because they do not come to understand the words such as
God as the root and the offspring, the Alpha and the Omega,
the First and the Last, the exact image of God’s being,
people interpret things as they wish
and live believing in a version of God shaped by their own thoughts.
God is only one, and that God came as a man and was raised from the dead
may this most simple truth be heard by the people of this world… Hallelujah!!
“Now this, ‘He ascended’ what does it mean except that He also first descended to the lower, earthly regions?
He who descended is the very One who ascended higher than all the heavens,
in order to fill the whole universe.” (Ephesians 4:9–10)
