The one who opposed God looked upon Him with pride and said:
“I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north.
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds;
I will be like the Most High.” Isaiah 14:13–14
People say:
“Where is God? Death is the end. There is nothing after death.”
“My life belongs to me. I’ll live according to what I think is right until I die.”
“Everything in the universe came into existence by chance. What do you mean God created it?”
“What? God exists alone?”
“What are you talking about? God is three persons, yet one!”
The Bible declares that those who do not believe in Jesus Christ,
and those who do not believe according to the Scriptures,
will face judgment. God has clearly revealed who He is.
“For the Yehowah of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it?
and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?” Isaiah 14:27 (KJV)
Jesus Christ is Yehowah God, the Creator, and the Everlasting Father.
God came as Immanuel, and He rose from the dead. Yet, both in ancient times and today,
people refuse to listen to the Word of God.
“Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day
I have even sent unto you all my servants the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them:
Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear,
but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers.” Jeremiah 7:25–26
“How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another,
and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?” John 5:44
